1560 Palisade Avenue, LLC signs a Parking License Agreement with Sinai Special Needs Institute, Inc.

Sinai Special Needs Institute, Inc., a sub tenant of Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC), signed a Parking License Agreement with 1560 Palisade Avenue, LLC. This agreement allows them to use twelve parking spaces at the southern end of Palisade Avenue in Teaneck, in close vicinity to the Torah Academy, a Yeshiva high school. The offices of Sinai Special Needs Institute, Inc. are located at 240 Frisch Court, Paramus, New Jersey.

Lincoln of Englewood & Prestige Volvo Cars of Englewood sign a Parking License Agreement

Lincoln of Englewood & Prestige Volvo Cars of Englewood signed a Parking License Agreement with 475 South Dean Street, LLC. Their offices are located at 186-190 Engle Street, Englewood, NJ. The fenced in parking lot accommodates for twenty cars, but they will stack the cars so that they can fit more cars into the parking area. The parking area is between 454 S. Dean Street and 480 S. Dean Street.

Trend Lab Corp signs Second Amendment to Lease extending their lease for another five year period

Trend Lab Corp extends their lease with Bonanno Real Estate Group for another five year term. Paragon Design Corp assigned their lease to a related entity named Trend Lab Corp on September 1, 2018. Trend Lab Corp is in the business of fashion jewelry. The extended five year term commences December 1, 2018 and terminates November 30, 2023. Tryon Management Corporation represented the landlord in the transaction. Trend Lab Corp occupies 9,776 square feet of warehouse space, within a 43,540 square foot building. The building is divided into five rental units and is located in the heart of Englewood’s Industrial Park.

Spectrum International, LLC signs Second Amendment to Lease extending their lease for another five year period

Spectrum International, LLC extends their lease for another five year term commencing on March 1, 2019 and terminating on February 28, 2024. Their current lease extension agreement expires February 28, 2019. Spectrum International, LLC occupies 5,411 square feet of a free standing 75,664 square foot brick and block building that was built in 1960 located at 200 Roosevelt Place, Palisades Park. The building has gas fired unit heaters in the warehouse areas, HVAC units in the office areas, wet sprinkler system, central station monitoring of the fire protection systems and 15′ ceiling height.

Della Pello Paving, Inc. moves into 700 Grand Avenue, Suite 3, Ridgefield

Della Pello Paving, Inc. moved into 700 Grand Avenue, Suite 3, Ridgefield on September 1st, 2018. They were represented on the lease negotiations by Eastern Realty, Inc. Their lease term is for one year, with an option to renew. They leased 911 square feet of warehouse space, within the 18,432 square foot office section of the building. The 700 Grand Avenue building address is the upper level office section of the building and is currently configured into twenty three office suites ranging from 240 sq/ft. to 2,225 sq/ft. Della Pello Paving, Inc was incorporated in 1954 and is a leading asphalt lay down contractor in New Jersey, specializing in milling, paving, excavation and concrete rehabilitation work. They provide services for state agencies, as well as private and commercial paving rehabilitation work on highways, municipal roads and county roads.
