Diamond Needle Corporation signs Second Amendment to Lease extending their lease for another five year period

Diamond Needle extends their lease with 60 Commerce Road, LLC for another five years. They have been a tenant of 60 Commerce Road, LLC since January 1, 2006, almost fifteen years, while maintaining an excellent landlord-tenant relationship. Diamond Needle occupies 19,920 sq/ft of space in this free-standing brick and block building originally built in 1964. This building has 3,300 sq/ft of office space and 16,620 sq/ft of warehouse space. Space features gas-fired unit heaters, a wet sprinkler system, one tailgate loading dock and one recessed interior loading platform.
